The Stanford e- Japan Program is a distance learning program for Japanese high school students. This highly selective program engages students to study about American culture. The course is very intensive and the students are required to participate in 10-12 “virtual classes” via the Internet over five months.
From August – December 2016, the above student took part in the program. The course concludes with students writing final papers. Jogakuin has participated in this Stanford e-Japan Program three times and there is a student currently participating.
