March 27, 2026 University of Mount Union Day 10

In the morning, we said goodbye to our host families and talked about what we learned during the Mount Union program. We all agreed that we learned how to communicate better with others. We were also surprised that there is a lot of food loss in America and that there are squirrels on the university campus. On the way to the airport, we stopped by a candy store and bought some souvenirs. The store was very big, so I was surprised.

Next, we went to Chicago. Chicago is full of tall buildings, and it felt very different from the area near our host family’s house in Ohio. In the evening, we ate Chicago pizza. I really wanted it, but it was very big and hard for me so much.
